Getting Bit by the Bug
Thinking back to when it happened - I recall it was late afternoon, I was standing in our backyard looking at our Oregano plant, noticing it was buzzing with bees. A few steps away my recently planted spearmint was just starting to look like it was going to survive the harsh Utah summer and potentially cover an empty patch. The few blossoms of the mint were also hosting some bees. Our front yard has a few healthy and thriving Lavender bushes. And past the small landscaped backyard we have over a 100' depth of land that slopes steeply making it unfriendly to both building and landscaping which is partially covered in scrub oak and partly covered in native grasses.

I think this is when I thought, "maybe I should have some bees"
Let me make it clear, I don't have a clue about what it takes to get what I want. But that's what makes the adventure most interesting.
So, "Come Bee with Me", as I travel this unknown path.
